As a pelvic floor physical therapist, I guide you through evidence-based strategies to support your body during birth. We focus on optimizing pelvic mobility, preparing the pelvic floor for both strength and relaxation, improving pushing mechanics, and reducing fear around tearing and injury.

This is not a generic birth class. It is individualized, hands-on preparation tailored to your body, your birth preferences, and your stage of pregnancy.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can implement immediately — and greater confidence in your body’s ability to birth.
